【摘要】:Bacteriaandfungipresentinmunicipalsolidwastes(aswellasinotherformsofwaste)maybecomeairborneasdustsduringwasteprocessing.Severalinvestigationstodeterminethehealthsignificanceofthesemicrobiologicalaerosolshavebeenhinderedbythelackofstandardizedproceduresforsamplingairbornebacteriaandfungiinanindustrialenvironmentandbytheabsenceofstandardsforassessingtheirhealthsignificance.Becauseitisdifficulttocorrelateairbornelevelsofbacteriaandfungiwithepidemiologicaldata,thisstandardisdesignedtopermittheformationofadatabasetoaidintheassessmentofthehealthsignificanceofairbornemicroorganisms.Itisintendedthattheuseofthispracticewillimprovesamplingprecisionandtherebyfacilitatecomparisonsbetweensamplingresults.1.1Thispracticecoverssamplingofairbornemicroorganismsatmunicipalsolid-wasteprocessingfacilities,hereafterreferredtoasfacilities.InvestigatorsshouldconsultPracticeD1357forthegeneralprinciplesofconductinganair-samplingprogram.1.2Thispracticeappliesonlytosamplingairbornebacteriaandfungi,notviruses.Sincesamplingairbornevirusesissignificantlymoredifficultthansamplingbacteriaandfungi,reliablemethodsofsamplingvirusesarenotyetavailable.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidanceonhowtoconductanEASOthroughasystematicprocessofidentifyingenvironmentalaspectsandenvironmentalissuesanddetermining,ifappropriate,theirbusinessconsequences.ThisInternationalStandardcoverstherolesandresponsibilitiesofthepartiestotheassessment(theclient,theassessorandtherepresentativeoftheassessee),andthestagesoftheassessmentprocess(planning,informationgatheringandvalidation,evaluationandreporting).TheprocessforconductinganEASOisshowninFigure1.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotprovideguidanceonhowtoconductothertypesofenvironmentalassessment,suchas:a)initialenvironmentalreviews;b)environmentalaudits(includingenvironmentalmanagementsystemandregulatorycomplianceaudits);c)environmentalimpactassessments;ord)environmentalperformanceevaluations.Intrusiveinvestigationsandsiteremediation,aswellasthedecisiontoproceedwiththem,areoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandardisnotintendedforuseasaspecificationstandardforcertificationorregistrationpurposesorfortheestablishmentofenvironmentalmanagementsystemrequirements.UseofthisInternationalStandarddoesnotimplythatotherstandardsandlegislationareimposedontheclientortheassessee.
