【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestosignallingandtelecommunicationapparatuswhichisinstalledintherailwayenvironment.SignallingandtelecommunicationapparatusmountedinvehiclesiscoveredbyEN50121-3-2.Thisstandardspecifieslimitsforemissionandimmunityandprovidesperformancecriteriaforsignallingandtelecommunications(S&T)apparatuswhichmayinterferewithotherapparatusintherailwayenvironment,orincreasethetotalemissionsfortherailwayenvironmentbeyondthelimitsdefinedintheappropriatestandardandsoriskcausingElectro-MagneticInterference(EMI)toapparatusoutsidetherailwaysystem.ApparatuswhichcomplieswiththeemissionlevelsofEN61000-6-4willmeettheemissionrequirementsofthisstandardprovidedthatemissionsfromanyd.c.powerportarewithintheemissionslimitsspecifiedfora.c.powerports.TheimmunitylevelsofEN61000-6-2willalsobeadequateexceptforthespecialcaseofapparatusasdefinedinnote1ofTable1.Thisstandardprovidestheimmunityrequirementsforsuchapparatus.Theimmunitylevelsgivenfortheapparatuswillinmostcasesallowtheapparatustoperformasintendedintherailwayenvironment(seenote).Theimmunitylevelestablishesacommonreferenceforevaluatingtheperformanceoftheapparatuswhensubjecttointerferenceresultingfromdirectexposureoftheapparatusandassociatedcablestoaradiofrequencyfield,orbycouplingoftheinterferencefromaremotesource.Ifaportisintendedtotransmitorreceiveforthepurposeofradiocommunication(intentionalradiators.e.g.transpondersystems),thentheemissionandimmunitylimitsinthisstandardatthecommunicationfrequencydonotapply.Thestandarddoesnotspecifybasicpersonalsafetyrequirementsforapparatussuchasprotectionagainstelectricshock,unsafeoperation,insulationco-ordinationandrelateddielectrictests.Therequirementsweredevelopedforandareapplicabletothissetofapparatuswhenoperatingundernormalconditions.Faultconditionsoftheapparatushavenotbeentakenintoaccount.Therequirementsandtestmethodsalsoapplytotelecommunicationsandsignallingdataandpowerlinesconnectedtotheequipmentundertest(EUT).Thefrequencyrangeconsideredisfromd.c.to400GHz.Nomeasurementsneedtobeperformedatfrequencieswherenorequirementisspecified.ForproductsinthescopeofEN61000-3-2orEN61000-3-3,therequirementsofthosestandardsapply.TestingmethodsaregiveninthebasicstandardslistedinClause2,Normativereferences.ThesespecificprovisionsaretobeusedinconjunctionwiththegeneralprovisionsinEN50121-1.NOTETheimmunityandemissionlevelsdonotofthemselvesguaranteethattheintegrationofapparatuswillnecessarilybesatisfactory.Thestandardcannotcoverallthepossibleconfigurationsoftheapparatus,butthetestlevelsaresufficienttoachievesatisfactoryEMCinthemajorityofcases.
